I found this battle easier than the previous fight V and C in a row with them using s-crafts. That being said this boss with this song is nuts If someone is strugling with this boss my advice is to equip evergreen/green pendulums in your characters to prevent nightmare and use Millium with Force to wipe the adds with her s-craft everytime the boss summons them

Dire Miralis has always been such a strange entity within monster hunter lore; a living volcano that apparently draws it's lineage from a family of elder dragons now all but extinct, save but for one or two examples of the Doom of Schrade, Fatalis. It stands a walking monument to Cataclysm, a Pæan of Apocalypse, where Fatalis has to unleash it's fury, a fury that grows ever hotter as the battle intensifies, just this beast's mere presence in a place is enough to render it devoid of life. And yet it seems to harbor no hate, none of the furor and malice that other Fatalis hold for the living, in that sense it's much closer to other black dragons like Alatreon or Safi'jiiva. Rather than a sapient, malevolent god hellbent on the eradication of life, Miralis appears moreso to be a force of nature, as unstoppable as an erupting supervolcano and inevitable as the shifting of tectonic plates. Listening to this in contrast to the pandemonius orchestration and terrified chorus of Fatalis's theme, the awful majesty of Miralis's theme with it's dread filled motifs and fearstruck singing speak to the emotions the people of our world likely felt the day vesuvius erupted, of the dread and sense of hopelessness they felt as the pyroclastic avalanches drew ever nearer with frightening speed, scorching all that stood in it's way. "God is bleeding, HE'S BLEEDING, *FOREVER BLEEDING"*

I'm not going to lie, this thing was hella tough to beat and one of the reasons is because of its constant call for reinforcements and its attacks are devastating despite being just a shadow of the real opponent you face in the 2nd game

Final boss themes for the Cold Steel arc: Cold Steel 1: very good and arguably one of the best in the series. Cold Steel 2: very good. Cold Steel 3: I can't remember it at all. It didn't leave much of impression of on me. Cold Steel 4: It is good but it feels somewhat lesser scope and less grand to "A Mighty Power", imo. It almost like the themes for CS1 and CS4 should have swapped. Reverie: The perfect successor to "A Mighty Power".

And to think this isn't even it's complete form. Loa Erebonius is only a fraction of the Great One, and the themes also evolve. Celestial Coalescence from Cold Steel 4 and The Perfect Steel of Zero from Trails into Reverie. I suppose Heteromorphy and To The Glorious Future from Cold Steel 2 also kinda fit the criteria.

So I’m a little late with this, but I did see someone find a way around Spacea’s steal strategy. Have her steal a Vaporeon that only knows the move Sychronoise (base 120 psychic move with 100 accuracy that can only be used on targets of the user’s same type and it’s a spread move). That way Vaporeon is only hitting Palkia on the turns the controlled Vaporeon is attacking. Plus, Vaporeon can be used to attack Palkia when it’s on your side of the field. But the Vaporeon-Synchronoise strategy requires a good amount of setup with things such as Elysian Shied, Yawn, Fake Tears and Thunder Wave (and any other possible setup moves. But I’m glad you finally beat Spacea. And spoilers, the Vaporeon strategy was from an Eeveelution team and Spacea won’t steal your Pokémon on the Renegade route.

If i had to say. One thing that carried me through this fight were 2 things : My aevian ampharos with cotton down and thunder wave + my fully calm minded sylvoen during the origin fight part of the stage. Try to get the ampharas and see if it helps out. (Also silvally was extremely helpful during this fight)
