It could be that when killing a player you get teleported in their direction and you got teleported a slight bit too far while the other player was touching or almost touching the walls hitbox

When You Kill It Teleports Your Character Closer To The Body (partially to make it more obvious your the imposter, and partially to stop stack kills & Lag), So When You Killed Banana, It Teleported You Into The Wall. It Actually Happens More Often Then You Think
