Ive done this meditations a few times now but for a bit i've felt myself resisting coming bk cuz of the fear that wuz coming up in my visions. When the prompt came to c ur higher self sitting across from me i first saw myself looking in a mirror and i just smiled at myself and that made me feel gd, to c myself in that light. But altho that made me feel gd what i saw wuz not what i thought id c. I saw my 3D persona character sit down and i wuz wrapped in black mist. Darkness all around me and i asked y it surrounded me.. i forget what i said but i have it written down... oh yah, i said *take care of urself* I struggle with mental health alot and everyday is a miracle if i will just even smile... so smiling here wuz huge. Also i saw the alien from E.T and that wuz who connected the golden cord to me. I wuz kinda confused.. but also not at the same time bcuz in past sessions with this meditation i have been seeing a being known as Zylon. Shes a beautiful and shy brown alien. With bug legs .. (dont ask) lol Anyways i asked y she kept showing up and she said for feedbk lol Rewind a bit.. when i wuz met with E.T ..i cried. It wuz like FINALLY.. i wuz with myself again after feeling like i wuz lost for so long... Prior to all this i saged the rooms i do most spiritual stuff in and i feel more comfy doing that. But i dont like the smell of sage so maybe i'll try insence next time.

My higher self was quiet and nurturing. She held both my hands rubbing the outside of both and simply allowed me to feel. She gave me encouraging words that weren't spoken but felt. And knew how badly I needed so simply experience this moment of a loving touch ❤❤

This was amazing. This is what my meditation showed me - initially when she said to choose the left path, it already looked dark before she said it. Then I was presented with the three paths. The middle path had a big mountain in front of it with a dark circle on the bottom left of it that looked like a cave. Of course I picked that path because I like to see a challenge and then solve the problem. Then I saw the wise man. He told me - 'time and care, nurture yourself.' He then told me I should be taking the right path, away from the dark hole of the mountain. As I did this I was flying through the forest and glowing at the same time. Seeing as though I did this meditation wondering how to deal with bullies, I think it pretty much answered my question - don't go into the problem trying to fix it. Instead, detour and glow and do you. Protect yourself.

I was a native american woman who caught the chiefs eyes till 1 day the white man came and killed him before my eyes. I was pregnant and ended up dying as an older woman 💪 😅😢 im autistic so this is diffrent lol im mad confused

i’m here to say that this meditation right here fully triggered my first spiritual awakening back in 2019/2020 its now 2024 and i’m going through my second spiritual awakening! after my 1st time doing this meditation my life completely changed it changed so hard and so fast it’s crazy!! i remember being so scared and feeling like an alien because i had never had any conscious thoughts prior to this meditation!! my journey has been hard but also very beautiful and empowering!! i’m beyond grateful for this meditation and everything that led up to me finding it!! peace, love, and abundance to everyone💗

I did this meditation just now… I just saw it 1000% works. I saw my real name which is VAT1 also observed an image of a red wooden house, with no windows, as if it was built with that intention so no one could throw stones to break it and there was nothing hidden it. It was being watched over carefully by 6-7 Large Owls, as they were double the size of the house. I then saw a butterfly on a lady’s back and she was with a young child with red hair and was wearing all green. Butterflies is something that has been symbolic to me from a recent reading as well and this woman just happened to have a giant one on the back of her sweater. I was told it meant that my spiritual ancestors are around me. My grandfather had red hair.

I did this, and the moment i actually was in my past life it was the day i died! So i was literally just like, " so what now?". I am literally crying, because i was a really gorgeous woman in her 20s(i think i was 21) and i was married to this guy named mattheo(matt-ay-o) and i had 3 children, i was a stay at home mom and it was like... the 70s and i died, on my birthday!(from this life) i was chased and was shot. Then later, when i was a ghost/spirit, people came and investigated my house, and my death and stuff. BTW my name was Alissa, and when i was chased i had a baby in my hands, right? But i dropped it!😢 i kept running though. I was so sad, i immediately opened my eyes. I am scared of my past life now. Like why was i chased?!
