According to our experience we would not use a higher prefilling nitrogen pressure of 725 psi.

Yes, the METRUS CRS can be added as an option to all our test benches. And yes, this test bench can be used also for a bidirectional test without turning the valve in the clamping!

If the relief valve is hydraulic, is the test the same with air or nitrogen? Is it correct to do it with water if the valve is pneumatic?

Dear Branes Assma, no, in most cases it is a big advantage to test online. There is no need to stop the installation and to remove the safety valve from the process.
