it's all about knowledge, these guys are working out for more than 5-7 years. People that don't workout that long need to learn mind-muscle connection. That's why doing it very slow will make you understand how to contract the muscles te right way. These guys have been doing it for such a long time so they can speed it up a little bit.

@zmills94 lmao it is literally impossible to naturally be that big. no guy in mr.olympia contest is natural. not a rando steroid hater either. this is coming from someone who has been training for years. I have mad respect for his ideals and his training. not every person can be that big without skill, dedication, motivation. however he is on roids.

Roelly is getting fuckin huge..but he needs ALOT of work on his back..his shoulders and arms over shadow it big time. Phil had the same problem but he overcame it..hopefully Roelly can too. I cant see him beating Phil anytime soon though

@littleboeep Aruther Jones had some interesting things to say about Mentzer...care to comment on that . Casey project was special BUT the fact that he was recovering from an accident and was on the juice made the project very less special - if you know what I mean. Just cause someone can use a bunch of scientific terms to explain something does not mean.....well anyway....I put Mentzer very high up on the list as far as ideas on body building BUT he was not THE one...

@Chizo5791 more for not getting hurt, as long as your training the muscle youll break it down, good form or bad. Alot of pros do use good form with some semi cheating to it, helps move little heavier weight but be smart, proper form is always the way to go, stimulate dont annihilate

I`m going to be the next MR.O. I lift 3000 pounds weights, and I eat Six tones of meat a day (sometimes my trainer just gives me a knife and fork, and lets me raid farms!). I`m becoming so strong, that my trainer is trying to get NASA to build me a space ship, so I can`t start lifting planets! Just being facetious. I always watch B.B videos before my workouts. It helps with the motivation. happy lifting all...
