@@mmotorcycles9497 i think its a Japanese import as they have penalties for bikes over 700cc. It does hit a sweet spot of just enough power, versus an insane ability to throw it around corners willy nilly.

I think the 996R and 998R will be more like the next Green Frame in terms of market value. With the SP and SPS shortly behind. For a true modern Green Frame analog, the 955 SPA for sure. - Great bike you've got there!

@@emptymannull i dont disagree but also am on the fence only because the 916 monoposto Verese is the ICONIC forerunner which made those bikes you mentioned possible. Similarly, the green frame was the iconic bike that made that entire SS style possible. There are no doubts the 2 bikes you mention are much better bikes and will (and are now) be very expensive in years to come. The other spanner in the works are EV'S and what that does to all classic bikes and vehicles. In the meantime, ill have some fun on this and keep my eye out on a nice one of those models to add to the collection. Thanks for the heads up.

Looks like a user error to me. Is the chuck connected properly? Are you using the correct chuck? Have you thought about taking it to the store you bought it from? Or even to any arb physical store? Or are you just going to chuck a tantrum like a 2 year old

@@twitchdusty Thats a very unfair comment. I didnt put this up for your enjoyment to call me names. I put it up to show the distributer as i live remotely. The nearest ARB store is 250 km which eats into my precious time an money. $600 is a LOT of money for a product that doesnt work. Are you trying to be a f@ckwit in your responses or does it come normally? Im sick of paying big $$$ for sh@t that doesnt work out of the box.

NOTE: I have since been informed the eight hand lever near the throttle was not a choke..it is a fuel mix for higher speed riding to modify air/fuel mix.😊

Put this up for a friend to see. He diagnosed it as possibly the float needle needs attention. I had drained the tankas it had sat for a while so it seems most likey culprit. I may do it myself or take to shop as my bikes are in a shed away from clean area and im not confident with this one. Gonna pull apart another one thats off a bike for practicd
