Season 1 has the best animation fighting scenes and story telling season2 and the rest have been ruined

flashback was done better in the manga > is combined with flashbacks of Riza, Kimblee, Mustang > fervor of Ishbalans around Scar and his brother intensifies as the war becomes more and more brutal > is shown together with Kimblees mission to kill the Rockbells, and his reaction to them is a good character intro > also comes later in the series so Scar comes off more as a villain

If yall cant understand after watching this episode, it’s obvious that Meliodas could’ve beaten The One that time but because he didn’t take that fight seriously, he got injured. It’s obvious because Zeldoris was able to withstand his power for so long and Meliodas was able to suppress Zeldoris, Estarossa, and their mentors all at the same time once, so his power level is way beyond just Zeldoris but he doesn’t use it all the time and fools around.

revenge counter is a double edge tactic . you have to endure everything to release it all at once , however if you got interrupted or the one who stop it didn[t attack meliodas they can just stop it with ease.
