Perfect video, just so nice to listen to the waves and gentle rainfall without having that standard atmospheric music that so many people seem to use. Much prefer listening to the sounds of nature, brilliant clip thank you

My partner has ancestors in the area, traced as far back (so far) as the early 1500s. Among them were the Cundys, who came to St Dennis via St Mabyn (b:1639) - (d: St Enoder)... to St Dennis in early-mid 1700s.. and where there for generations, including the well known Thomas Cundy the Elder (Thomas Snr, & his son, Thomas Jnr) both architects. From St Dennis, some spread out to Roche, St Austell, & back to St Enoder..among others. Thank you for sharing! 😊

Why tf do people think it's acceptable to take their dogs along to these things. Every time there's always a petrified dog barking its head off in fear while the owner just stands there and even refuses to even comfort them. Selfish ignorant vile animal abusers should be banned from keeping pets

I was a regular visitor to that beach, over a period of 5 or 6 years, when the wreck was , initially, only a couple of years old. So, then it was a wrecked ship, now its just a few bits of wreckage.

Nice video. I never knew there were the memorials for the Penlee Lifeboat disaster shown at 21:43 - 21:51. I first went there in 1982 and the last time about 15 years ago. There were no memorials then. Glad they have some now.

It’s a shame u didn’t get there when it’s open: it’s owned by the village & volunteers from the village do cream teas there in Summer & there are some small concerts/events held there. (It can also be hired for v small weddings)

Nice video, but you should've put your meter down on the tailings for a bit longer so it could have gotten a better reading instead of pulling it away as it was still going up. Would be cool to see someone make a map of the place using a radicode. And a couple little radioactive signs here and there would probably be helpful to the general public.

This is really interesting. I don’t really think of the accordion is being an English instrument. I’m curious how it became associated with this tradition.
