First of all, 18-19 is not a child. Secondly, the risks of pregnancy increase with age for women that's why there's been a huge increase in C-section births. The problem is that young women are taught to be independent and make decisions without the input of their parents, especially their father. They go out on their own, make terrible decisions which make them cynical about men. This cynicism makes them resentful of men, since they have been left by so many men who only wanted sex. They then use their kids as pets because a child can't leave like the men did, and to me this is child abuse.
