I think you are confused,top gear made the hai Van pass famous it's not there but it's a nice spot.

Yeah the one I watched, they travelled a section just inland from Dong Hoi as well, I didn’t realise the road covered 1,600 km! Amazing road 👍🏼

Vietnam is the best place to be in the middle of nowhere 👍 you joking about push bikes, I have had several visitors to my homestay who cycled from Europe all the way here!
