its actually called Norfork Lake, not North Fork. Its main tributary is the North Fork of the White River. Perhaps thats the confusion.

Bill's friend here. No, the trees stood tall and straight with no sag. The ridgeline was fine. I didn't need the tarp after all, but the forecast called for rain in the area both nights. It all went north of us. They could've been 3-4 feet farther apart though. I didn't sleep as flat as I usually like. I just couldn't find two trees at a Goldilocks distance. Too far or too close. That was close enough to sleep anyway. 😅

You have to go to 75 hyway off round about then go North toward Topeka you'll drive few miles and see a sign says Carolyn Parks Campground turn to right you go down boat ramp. It's about 3 to 3 and half miles from round about 75hy and 268 turns to 68 to go Pomona

Crack your eggs beforehand and put them in Gatorade bottle or two. I use a blender bottle so I can just blend em up in there for scrambled eggs quick!
