Hello Vincent, i am moving to Singapore and would like to connect with the Kitesurfing community there. I have many questions about things i've read from old forum posts; any information , links, contacts you can share with me would be much appreciated. safe flying.

After 2 years, since I did this video, I am sure I don't need to convince anyone the abilities of this kite.

This kite is magic. So light. We use it at our lessons.

hi , i'm agree with kite bud ; at the beginning of the video , it was very little wind ( +- 6 nds of wind ) so the yellow flysurfer has difficulties to stay in the air . After , when we see the "ultra" on the water , the wind is , i think , +- 10 nds ... so ok , may be it's a good new kite and it's a good think to biuld a kite with 1 strut to have a very good low use in small wind ...but compare with a flysurfer , the flysurfer will be in the air at 6/8 nds and the ultra will be on the beach . The best thing to do is to take the ultra to zenith while someone have an anémo in the hand which shows 8 nds on the screen , then i will trust that it is a very light wind kite ...

The Ultra is proving to be a great light wind kite, but still the video is has just a bit too much hype factor. As Kite Bud said, that kite foiler is in something like 10-12 knots. No need to over hype a great kite. Just makes it look silly. I think these light wind single struts will buy you a couple of knots and hang in the lulls compared to a 3 strut. The under 8 knot claim is stretching it

Under 8 Knots with White caps in the water? Looks More like 10-12 Knots. Wind did look under 8 knots at the beginning with the flysurfer stalling, but definitely picked up afterwards when the guy is out on the hydrofoil.
