How is the water form if the Big Bang is a severely hot form of energy elements ?

Good question. It's not the water, but the hydrogen. Minutes after the big bang, the universe cooled sufficiently for protons and electrons to combine together. This is simple hydrogen. Thus the universe created vast amounts of hydrogen which has been floating around ever since. So it's the hydrogen in the H2O that's as old as the universe
