Sashiko is a way of making repairs that are art!. They were originally done by Japanese villagers. It’s very beautiful just one small neat straight stitch done in patterns that vary from plain to stunning set pieces …look it up on you tube, you won’t be disappointed!❤ it’s not hard

I’ve been beaten to it 😂 they’re defo hazel nuts and dried vetch. The flowers of vetch are usually purple and look very similar to sweet peas, but a lot smaller .Great video, though the music made it slightly difficult to hear you.

@@MoonSpinners Thanks for the sound feedback, I need to speak more clearly. So interesting about dried vetch, I’ve learned something new. I only know of sweet peas, and garden peas… the coiled seed pod is so lovely on this… I have so much to learn… love it all! xx 🙂🫛🌼
