Why does the poultry industry not allow independent journalists to take pictures or make videos in their factories?

It seems to me that KZbin has banned videos that show the reality behind the scenes of how the chickens are raised and processed. The inhumane way they raise chickens is bad for our health and for the short life of these poor birds. Their food contains antibiotics and synthetic hormones, injecting sodium with water into the chicken meat to increase its weight, which is hazardous to human health and related to prostate cancer, breast cancer, and other concerns. This video and most of the videos that I find in KZbin are now close to corporate propaganda. People need to know the truth about the kind of food we are buying in the supermarkets. Contacting the U.S. Poultry Association will not be of any help because they are not going to tell the truth. The poultry industry does not even allow people with cameras into their facilities. How many chickens die in their chicken-closed environments? How many chickens are raised in their places where they do not even have a place to walk. Why do chickens have so heavy breasts that most of them cannot even walk?

Everybody seems to hate CAFOs, why do they have such a bad reputation? I cannot find any non-biased sources that show these operations have any sort of benefit other than making corporations more money, but there are dozens of peer review studies saying how awful they are. I want to start a chicken farm, could anyone please provide some reliable sources on why CAFOs are actually good? Thanks!

Kipster farms isn't beak-trimming and also has video-cameras running every day so we can monitor the chickens who are NOT killing each other. I suppose Kipster farms has somehow surpassed all scientific understanding. Maybe they should be studied by everyone else.

The problem with the comfortable, convenient life is that it brings harm to other people, and workers in factory plants, and the animals in those factory farms (that get tortured even till their death) that get killed to feed someone's stomach. Selfishness hurts others. If you can listen to me on this...just because something is "good" does not mean that it's good in a moral sense.

I think people, who eat this kind of inhumanely grown factory chicken - should try spending their whole lives, 24/7, in one of those poultry houses. No natural light - ever - no fresh air - ever - and standing in poultry manure & urine. Makes me hungry for chicken!

Processing has improved however the end product is worse. Most of the deli chicken for sandwiches has to be toweled off to remove the excess water or the sandwich will be soggy. Would rather you raise the price then lower the quality of the product. It's not just you, all meat companies are doing it and it's awful. I use to fry my eggs in the grease of a sausage patty until more water made the egg stick to the pan. Lets lighten up on the water injection please.

It is well known that chickens are kept in overcrowded houses. Also when the package says cage free eggs, they are not in cages but kept in metal building so cramped together. So it ways you are mislead
