I used the large lime bean soaking in hot water for couple mins, WhenYou can see the skin start to peeling ,just squeezing the skin out of bean,and add water cover no skin- bean ,steam bean in rice cooker . Later smashed bean to paste and add sugar. Cook in microwave until reach to sticky paste.
