Pile#2 He is stuck in his country because of his pensing projects, he already got promoted and appointed as a country in my country and this week he asked me to search for a villa as well in a posh locality because I was asking him to buy an apartment with the housing allowance instrad of living in company provided accomodation which will not give us any future benefit but i did expect him to get ready immediately and look for a villa.I think he is already coming out of that momento as he is burdened more there with work, working 14-15 hours a day including Saturdays and getting only one of a week.
