Thank you for your feedback. If what you call balança is what I think that is, it is exactly the same thing. "Names" in Kizomba world are not yet so "organised", there are some that globally the community adopted and some that still you will find different names for the same thing. For example "Jajão" in our methodology we called it before "vai e vem". As the term started to be more generaly used at the community, we decided also to adopt it. Hope we could help

This is the best lesson I found on KZbin for details on the walk and other basics. Two questions: 1. Can you explain more sonetime about the 'pause' in the walk? 2. Should posture be straight for leader and follower or should there be a lean?

Will be available in the next days, when you register you get 7 days free access to the full content, before that 7 days if you cancel subscription nothing will be charged. 2- in our perspective we both leader and follower need to be “straight” but relaxed with torso intention towards each other, creating a slight lean that is not visual, due to the body weight intention more towards the toes. 🙏❤️

This is excellent and highly underrated. I've been doing the male saeeda without the slight twist - i'm going to fix this. I also like how you explained how the lead can add ginga to their walk and what your male saeeda looks like - excellent.

Obrigado pela dica Nuno 🙏 em relação à tua questão, a Tarraxinha é muito “livre” em termos de movimento. A condição com os braços é uma opção, mas mantendo o abraço (frame) sem conduzir com os braços, também será possível indicar os movimentos através da intenção do movimento do homem, fazendo com que a follower perceba esse movimento e responda de forma complementar. Espero ter ajudado 🙏

So, is it right to say that the signal for velocity of movement comes from thr torso moving up snd down in a subtle way? I guess it has to be subtle otherwise we bounce.

Yes, the torso will be the start of intention. Like a preparation. Will be complemented by the points of contact with the frame 👌
