Hey, on that tank bag, if you run a bar across the two front clips you would be able to remove it with one hand. These are all great adds. I also expect to do mild adv. biking (really just gravel/dirt roads) so its nice to see some of what I might want to add. Do you have any information on how you added the lights with the key fob switch?

I was planning on that with the tank bag but when I got to the point where it is now I just called it good enough. The remote control for the lights are a simple install. Pretty sure there are KZbin videos on that. Amazon ; Multi-Function Relay Switch Remote Control Switch DC 12V 4CH

nice mods !! Did you needed to "report" the extra lights with an OBDII plug or just hook it up with the battery (with relais), mount them and the new swich, and good to go?

how are the lights you added up front turned on and off? Did you just route power to them and then how did you program them to work with that remote control?

The lights are powered by both a switch as well as a remote purchased from amazon. Multi-Function Wireless Relay Switch Remote Control Switch DC 12V 4CH 433MHz Nothing too technical but more than what i could explain here

Well done. Concerning your aux lights: the canbus system won't accept any "fiddling" without buying and installing special equipment ( synonym for "expensive"). What I did was to unplug the DIN plug from the system and connect it directly to the battery (thus usage becomes versatile because power is always on). That way I trickle charge the battery, have an outlet for the tyre inflator etc. You can then connect the old wiring from that DIN plug to a relay that will be activated as soon as you turn on the ignition key. Once the relay is activated, in my case, it powers a fuse box. You could connect anything you like to that box including your aux lights. Install a switch to turn the aux lights on/off and you're done. I myself had to figure out this solution, because otherwise my dashcam system starts to record everytime and for as long as I charge the battery (canbus awakes). You could also forget all of the above and tap into the wiring of the headlights. Lead that wire to a relay, install a switch to turn the lights on/off and voila! The power draw to the relay is small enough to fool the canbus system, so there should not be a problem there. Succes and take care... Greetings from Belgium... Ed.

Not sure what else i could do. I tried no sound and it seemed like it was lacking something. Would have liked to use popular music but then there is always the copyright thing. I'm genuinely open to your suggestions. Perhaps more commentary? Or possibly a microphone closer the exhaust?
