Don’t feel defeated size is only one thing. Performance is more important and remember that kids continue to grow and catch up in size from 15 years old to about 20 years old. My son made the 14 U team and he’s only 5ft 6 inches, 125 pounds.

Is it possible for USA Baseball to upload the USA-Chinese Taipei game from 7-30-2024? It was a shortened game but taken off the channel for some reason 😕

The main camera for this game sucks. The stabilization and lens is screwed up it appears. It keeps jumping around and is very hazy compared to the other cameras that are being used.

Considering all sports, I think the single most exciting moment is the play at the plate.

The throw from the warning track with no step through or coil and the accuracy where Boone caught it.... incredible. No wonder Reynolds was dumbfounded

The thing about all these Bo Jackson stories...they aren't just older guys like myself hyping them up as the years pass and adding to them....these stories haven't changed at all. They were the same back in the day. They just seem more mythical now, but these same stories were legendary almost immediately. There's been nobody like Bo before or since.

I just watched an Instagram post about this play. After the throw, you can see Bo with his hand down his pants. We’re thinking he’s fixing his jersey but he’s actually fixing his jockstrap. No said in the interview that after the throw he broke his jockstrap. 😂

The list for greatest outfield throws starts and ends with that one. Especially when you add in the layers that Harold Reynolds (who had won a stolen base title or two) was running on the pitch, and had he scored, the game was over. Bo Jackson literally saved the game with that colossal throw, and the Royals ended up winning that game an extra innings.

It's almost like everyone has some kind of Bo Jackson story. Not saying that as negative. Just that anybody that played against (or with) him saw him do something amazing Or Anybody like me that actually got to see him play saw him do something amazing Saw him in Milwaukee at County Stadium a long time ago. Really glad I did! Nobody else like him. Lotta GOOD players since then, but nobody like him

Full respect to Harold Reynolds ......... and of course Bo Jackson.
