I have a complete ligament tear on the bottom of my foot and haven't been able to walk much or exercise or dance for 3 months, with no end in sight. I'm so happy to have found this video so that I can do some belly dancing again! Thank you!

When I was young and started studying the art of belly dancing, I was like a straw. I'm now kind of like a large cylinder. Anyway, I didn't have hips & couldn't feel how it was supposed to be and the teacher couldn't help me. I love how you're teaching and showing how things should go. And I love the arms workout. It's helping.
