Why did you add the garlic so late instead of adding it during sauteing the chicken? Also you removed the chicken during the reduction process, how is the taste going to penetrate the meat? I know it's to not overcook the chicken, but why not do the reduction and tendering at the same time while all the ingredients are there already so the flavor can penetrate the meat? Also most of the cooking time, the meat is not even contacting the pan or even the sauce. I know the sauce is tasty, but the meat itself is so tasteless. Please, don't get mad at me. I'm not hating. I'm commenting for improvements or maybe I can learn things from your techniques that I don't understand. Cheers.

I added the garlic late because I don't want it to get overcooked and get bitter. I removed the chicken because they end up falling apart when I leave it there, the flavor already penetrated the chicken since I boiled it in the mixture before pan frying. Like I said in the description, these are just guidelines on how I do mine. I never made tasteless food, my food are actually very rich in flavor. I made this dish so many times and in so many ways. I would say it is one of the best cruises out there. You don't have to spend so much to experience it. There are always a discount. We got the 3rd passenger free, and free internet package. I think it's well worth it. When you do go, don't forget to buy me a ticket too ;)

Every dish always comes with rice :) As always, me and the wife are fighting over the garlic. So delicious. Saturday I am uploading Garlic stuffed Roast Beef. That one is tasty with all the garlic. I want to make Ca Kho To, but no good catfish here :(
