That would be neat. There is speculation that Capcom might Remake it again in the RE2 Engine. Not sure if that'll happen but if enough fans ask it might.

Do you find fixed camera angles annoying? Well I thought it was first person. Guess not. It's remastered game alright.

I mean it's an old style of gameplay. Really dated. But I think it's still enjoyable. It would definitely be awesome to see a 3rd person REmake in the same engine as RE2.
