I would have found some warm skirts and jeans as well as suit pants to go with those cute boots. I like to stick to a theme when I am thrifting. It keeps me from buying without a purpose. I would also be looking for some sweaters and blazers to finish off a fall closet. Have a great time thrifting.

Certain colors look good on me. I stick to patterns that work for my height because I am short. I won't choose a black unless it is a cover for another color. I am into linen now. I also seek a warm sweat to stay in the house with. Non mixed fabs are a must. Higher end clothes are in the more dark skinned neighborhoods. Rich people do poly.

Yeah they usually arguing in that location cause it be what I’m assuming to be resellers attacking the carts as soon as they roll them on the floor. They don’t allow you a chance at anything.

I don’t care for that location. I have gone to that Goodwill before assuming that because it’s in Buckhead I would find some great buys, I have gone twice and came out with nothing both times. I won’t be going back to that location again.

I don’t care for that Goodwill. The last time I was there the manager said more than half of the donations made at this location does not make it to the floor because they don’t have the space. It goes straight to the bins.

I agree the prices in the Thrift stores are getting ridiculous Some things I buy now at retail price. I blame the prices on now everyone is into thrifting. I remember when I could get all my graphic t-shirts for $1.00 and my grandkid's clothing for $2.00.

Good will and salvation army are all about the money, the CEO s of the companies are lining their pockets... I did a lot of research and a very small amount of what they make goes to helping the community... Their store's are no longer an affordable alternative to buying retail... Often times you can buy brand new at Walmart, Target etc for the same or less.... They have been under scrutiny for some time... I never donate to either organization.... I donate directly to foster care closets, women's shelters or big brothers as my children and grandchildren outgrow clothing,shoes and toys... They price things at or above eBay prices, once they found out how many resellers were buying cheaper in store and reselling higher on eBay... Just yet another sign of the time's...
