Hey Paul! Thanks for watching and commenting. It would all depend on your debt to income ratio, but if you don’t have a lot of revolving debt you should be able to afford it! You’re welcome! Same with the townhouses. There are some options for both but they’re mainly in vacation communities and higher in price and HOA. There are a lot of communities though that offer nice clubhouses and pools for the community! Let’s have a chat when you’re free 85o-238 5747
