How come Hendrix needed a perm!!??, wasn't he part African,l have seen many pictures of Hendrix as a baby, and he had 'African' hair. The last thing people of African descent need is a perm! I am European white who was born with tight curly hair, which I inherited from my Irish father -I'm somewhat confused.PS. I have seen plenty of pictures of Noel Redding with perfectly straight hair?, the plot thickens.

Both film directors are good i just want to see if Spike Lee can do a Biblical epic or history movie like Killers of the Flower moon with a Black Wall Street movie in the same fashion.

Loved the "The Jimi Hendrix Experience" when I first heard their 1st album "Are you Experinced" in 1967!!!🥰👍The guitar, bass and drumming were all phenomenal. I still get a rush to the tunes on this album such as, "Manic Depression", "Fire", "Foxy Lady", "Third Stone From The Sun", etc.😎👍 "The Band Of Gypsies" album with Billy Cox and Buddy Miles was another phenomenal group Jimi put together!!!🥰👍"Machine Gun", "Who Knows" and "Changes" really kick ass, especially considering it's a "live" album!!!😎👍

wow! to me it was kind of a shock to know that Pharoah was homeless (for a certain period)... may be I'm a bit overempathic, but I could almost feel how hard it was for him to say, that his parents didn't know he was homeless. what was that 5c "food" he had (bad sound quality) - was that buttermilk? Absolutely in love with Sanders, the Coltranes and the Cherries)
