Thank you. It’s really helpful to have a dedicated vegan desserts channel - there are so many savoury channels and I’m an absolute novice at cakes, sweets, pastries and puddings. I’m never interested in desserts myself, but I know other people expect a sweet/dessert course when entertaining (not that I do much of that any more), so having this resource for fancier - but approachable - recipes is reeeally useful! Can you freeze/defrost this meringue at any stage?

Its a really nice recipe. I just tried it out but unfortionatly my meringue was not really as stiff as yours. In the oven it "flattened" so it was not thick anymore (it has never bis as thick as in your video). Do u have any idea what went wrong? I deffinetly did everything like in the video :)

Bonjour Valentine, j’ai voulu faire les cinnamon rolls aujourd’hui, mais quand on regarde la recette sur votre site, vous dites de suivre la recette et le processus pour la brioche Vegan, mais quand je regarde votre vidéo ce ne sont ni les mêmes ingrédients, ni le même process (dans la recette de la brioche il faut de la farine de lupin et du gluten, ce que j’ai fais, mais visiblement dans la recette du roll c’est que de la farine classique avec autolyse) Du coup je comprends pas du tout la recette. Je veux bien dés précisions. Merci 🙏 😊

Valentine you always deliver! 🤤 fun fact, Babka is not only Eastern European but specifically Jewish! the name is similar to the Jewish word for grandmother, באבע or Bubbe, and the dough is essentially the same as challah, also an enriched bread like brioche 😋 thank you for doing a vegan version of one of my favorite Jewish treats, I can't wait to make this with your chocolate hazelnut spread!
