I’m making no effort to become a modern day anything by sticking to my opinion, my thoughts on the matter would remain the same, regardless of if I was pursuing a media career or not. Having my character questioned like that is not something I appreciate at all. Bloom’s investment and analytics is an opportunity that we cannot turn down. This is the perfect opportunity to push the big two. Look at the wonders he’s worked at Brighton and USG. If he was some sort of chancer, do you really think Hearts would entertain any sort of involvement, let alone be in discussions to allow him to become a shareholder? Come on now

If I turn out to be wrong then 'happy days', mate, but I very much doubt that I am. Only two posts in that entire 'Twitter' thread actually questioned his motives behind this and I find that fact more than a little alarming. 2 teams desperately needing points, Hearts had only 2 days rest and Easter Rd isn't the easiest of places to get a win, outside of Celtic Park and Ibrox, I'd put Easter Rd 4th hardest to get a win when we are desperate for points, so a draw was a fair result I think. The next few games will be brutal for Hearts, Killie(H), St Johnstone(A), Heidenheim(H), Rangers(A), a break then Celtic(H), Cercle Brugge(A), Aberdeen(H), Dundee(H), Copenhagen (A), Killie(A), Petrocub(H) thats a difficult couple of months, some games especially Europe only 2 days rest, the SFA are definitely against us doing well and Rangers game not long after Heidenheim, Celtic game the weekend before Brugge. Yeah SFA don't care about Hearts doing well in Europe at all, yet it helps the coefficient, who's really running the show in Scotland? Is it the ones who care for our Country and our football across the board or is it the ones who only care for money and not our Country? I'd say the latter, Scottish football needs changed if we are to move into the future with the rest of the modern game, as Countries who used to be far below us are now catching up and in some cases, taking over! The 1 or 2 team monopoly has to change, it's a cancer and a hindrance to our game at all levels. Scotland should have a big 4-6 at least. The Major Cities should have teams all competing for the Premiership, not just both teams playing pass the parcel between themselves from ONE City for the last 40 years! I'd have a Scottish Premier league of 15 or 16 teams with the Scottish Championship 13 or 14 and the Scottish First Division 13 or 14 teams. Highland and Lowland Leagues of 18. The Scottish game is stale and predictable, well not if you count this anomalous season for Aberdeen so far, but that still doesn't make up for the past 40 of the same old...same old! 🤭
