Another beautiful episode. I love the sounds of city life floating on the wind, with boat life and live music in the neighbourhood. Autumn sunshine feels extra special, it's nice to see you take a moment to enjoy it whilst waiting for your woodwork to dry. I particularly loved the atmospheric nighttime scenes. 💛

I'm so glad that youtube recommended me your video. This is not just another DIY channel. There is something very contemplative about your video and the way you frame it is very artistic. It's like watching a moving Dutch still-life painting. The birdsongs and music from a synthesizer keyboard is fine as it is not too jarring and it matches the evocative and lingering peace of the late summer. Above all, the atmosphere of holy calm in your video becomes absolutely mesmerising to watch and the last segment where you appear in off-white ensemble of your attire is very evocative of monastic (resembling ascetic, simplified life of a monastery). It makes me think of serenely calm and meditative compositions in the paintings by Giorgio Morandi (1890 -1964). Thank you so much for sharing this.

@@cesarecardia I actually did love the liminal sounds on the background ❤ you could also try to mixed up with a bit of jazz or something like that, but personally the liminal sounds do transfer the slow, tranquil vibes.

The sound from the canal is from coots, little birds that nest in the canal. Otherwise it might be my neighbours children :D

I had an “ aunt and uncle” who used to live in your area in the 70s and 80s . Mind you it was not as affluent as it is now and the canal was not as picturesque. However, I always loved walking around and being in your location when visiting as it was always an oasis from the madness of the city. You could hear the city however your area always seemed to cocoon you from the city.
