I voted for every monster int he poll, but most of my votes were just attempts to guess the community consensus as my only games so far are Worldborn and Risebreak (I did end up right most of the time). I cant wait to get a chance to fight some of these guys, hopefully in wilds, possibly in some future game, maybe in frontier if I can be assed to play an older gen game. This was a lot of fun and Im even excited for some of the lower spots on the list

Steel uragaan is better than that stupid regular uragan in mhp3rd

I have such a love for this map. Not only was this my first Monster Hunter locale I explored, but it also reminds me most of my home country of Scotland. Grassy cliffs with little trees on the coastline is exactly what I grew up with, and I swear that some of these areas are exactly like the rocky island i called home once. Most of my adoration is nostalgia, but there are some lovely combat zones here, too. Also, the main battle music in this map is peak.

I wish they'd just delete uragaan. No one will miss it

Had a feeling this was coming and am happy I was correct. You’re MH Rise Review is one of my favorites you’ve done so I will be waiting patiently.

And to this date. Shantien has the best theme in the entire franchise. His phase 4 has to be the most epic filled theme in gaming.

The no brainer use of "Nay, the Honor is All Ours" in the intro is so great. That song feels like the credits theme of the 5th gen as a whole! Man I love that song Edit: I just know you guys can get something great and insightful out before Wilds, two months is at least a modest amount of time and I feel like a lot of World/Iceborne's most notable moments are pretty self evident (and I imagine recently playing the game will help with the recollection). Fantastic video, my dude. Lol kind of love the knock off Lions Gate intro lol. 2:48 Almost certain that wasn't intentional but it really funny. The next track starts but, if you listen closely, the AT velkhana track is still going for a bit. Bleding with those 2 tracks is bad but wasn't expecting it but I can't not hear it.

Gosh, the split second cut at the end to the maw of Fatalis is PEAK! Gonna be hyped for this one!!

CHRISTMAS MIRACLE

lol the MGM parody with Teostra as the lion is a great touch

From the top of my head, my biggest criticisms towards World would be, in order: That it killed Multiplayer (with it basically getting rid of a Hub Quest line and keeping the unoptimized offline Story line for online play). Clutch-claw and bloated HP-values. It incorporated classic AAA-Game filler tactics (searching for tracks across quests, slowly walking behind NPC's etc.). Lackluster Art style. And dreadful loading times, at least back on PS4/XONE/early PC era, when SSD's weren't as widespread. This has obviously gotten better over the years. Oh, also bad mounts. They take needlessly long without beeing all to different to their 4th gen iterations. But to also compliment it, for the fans: i think the combat was cheesy, but quite fun at the time. Sliding across the maps and spinning to win with the hammer was just plain fun. Some nice Monster Designs like Xeno and Odogaron or the great Nergigante and a cool subspecies in Fulgur Anjanath. And the main theme is beautiful, a work of Art. Astera isn't bad either. World original works like Nergi's or Bazel's theme are also pretty good

So this is gonna be a banger, then Wilds comes out, which is also a banger that will give even more banger content due to it being a new mainline monster hunter game releasing, so we'll have banger for a year with the help of Title Updates and in the meantime I believe that there'll be a banger "Ranking Every 4th Generation Monster Hunter Monster" video too. Gosh I love Monster Hunter.

Yeah, Desert Seltas is better because he's tied to the D.S. Queen, who is awesome! Every version of Uragaan is just awful. Edit: I'd also like to mention that my brother, who's been playing Monster Hunter since tri, absolutely hates Steel Uragaan
