It's no where near fall here either. Very much only starting to fully give us summer, which has really shown this year in some of our decreased insect numbers too. Have you thought about printing that pdf guidebook? I did that for the little tiny oracle deck Valenza sells, and it's worked nicely for me. That Cantagee looks difficult to shuffle. I hear you about the seasons. It doesn't even cool off until late October here. 😊

I look forward to a video ranting about oracle cards without keywords and oracle cards with useless keywords! I added the Naked Truth Tarot to my wishlist I’m on a self imposed deck buying ban so it’s not like I’ll be buying it soon though (if it’s readily available) but it looks decent. The Witch Sisters deck gives off Celtic Fae vibes (I live in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 where the faeries are not like tinkerbell) and also the Morrigan vibes…also on my list. My friend has Earth, Moon and Shadow oracle and it looks really nice. I can relate to the times when you’re just not in the zone for shadow work. There have been a few times like that lately so I’ve been leaving that kinda work for another time. Even though it’s the 4th of August I haven’t quite figured out what I’m using this month yet though probably Fyodor Pavlov will be one deck 🙂

I love the Zammer Twins Oracle but I havent used it in over 8 months do to the PDF Guidebook. However, I'm just going to find a way to get it frpinted out in a book format just for myself. The art for the Witch Sisters Tarot doesn't scream Witch to me. I do like some of the cards but I would possibly turn it into an oracle deck. You not being into Love and Light is one of the reasons why I love your channel.

I want to do it consistently SO BAD but, for example, so far this year I have bought 3 planners and 4 journals - thinking if I have a different style I will stick with it. Seed and sickle deck is beautiful. You are the boss of your decks, so put key words on the deck. Get some nice gel pens and put the words on. The art makes a connection with you, that’s why you like it. So enjoy the deck in a way that works for you.

Except flr the first one and the last one, I agree with You, I bought done of these decks and never use'em as I couldn't connect with them.

Never expected her to be like that cuz the more norm is a more zexy, Dom archetypical type but I was just as surprised as you when she came to me as more of a softer feminine energy. Really shows that even the Gods & otherworldly entities are multi-faceted as well. This deck is gorgeous 💖

Great video 📹 Just had a thought about out of print decks. I think people who use them often, should unapologetically show them. It is not for creators to make unpaid advertisements for deck publishers, indie or MM. My potential FOMO is not your responsibility. Just a thought.

That oracle and either the naked truth or the Persephone deck looks really good together. I laughed when the 7 of swords and the gathering fell out. Like no shit Sherlock, you were doing a walk through, early impressions video for a gathering of tarot-istas (yeah that sounds crap but I'm gonna leave it). But also, where ever we are in the world right now there are so many individual narratives going on, that the collective voice is muffled.

The Love Oracle of Eden and Naked Truth tarot are gorgeous together 🤩. I hope you get some fantastic reading with them (and then give us a review 😉). As for that smell - yup, had a few items with that over the years. All I can recommend is keep it out (don’t put it in a cupboard or box) and put some incense in there. Eventually the smell fades…but don’t rush it as it can come back it hasn’t aired for long enough.

I know I'm a little late to the party, and maybe others have mentioned it, but the cult of Aphrodite was introduced into Greece by the Phoenician prince Kadmos, who founded the city of Thebes and built a temple in honor of Ishtar, who, big surprise, was transformed into Aphrodite of the Greeks. The Norse goddess of love Freya also has a war-like aspect, as she is the leader of the Valkyries. One may wonder why goddesses of love can have a warrior gene.😉 However, I think that the creator of this deck should read up a bit on the latest research in archaeology, instead of relying on personal interpretations. And she is of course free to do that, but others also have the right to go back to the roots. Actually, I just looked up the information in my book on Greek Gods; it's from 1984 so it's not new knowledge.

So interesting! I didn't love the tarot deck until I saw it on either side of the oracles. I think you're going to have a great time with those two.

That Queen of swords is everything 🙌🏻 it's one of my favorite cards in the deck. I wasn't sure about the backs during the kickstarter campaign but they grew on me when I got the deck. I was like wtf, these are beautiful 😭

Becuase a lot of fine art decks use the same art I as of right now am just going to limit myself to the Tarot of Persephone's Garden as I have two oracel decks (The Hellenic and Divine Ephemera) and I end up overlaying my relationships with those cards onto the tarot.

I went through the same thing. Then I realized that if I donated them to the Goodwill that they would perhaps go to one who actually resonated with it and be used instead of sitting on my shelf. I also do not like decks that have the Emperor (or any male card) sitting with his dick out hanging to the ground. Is this really necessary in a deck?

I agree with the cutesy decks of dragons. However, I found one that is way cool! It's the Wisdom from the Dragon Realms tarot deck by Shawn McKenzie. Do you have that one? Also just received the Earth Woman Tarot by Tarn Ellis - Stunning!

When I want to print a card I scan it then print to pdf. Once you have it as a pdf you can adjust the size. At least for my printer I can. Maybe you have tried this and your printer won't do it but just in case I thought I would say something. 😊

A witch to me is someone who uses what they view as magic (earth elements, plants, spirits, gods and goddesses, a mindset, etc..) to influence their existence.

The 7 of coins looks like Dita Von Teese. Then you have Angelina Jolie as the Queen of Coins, possibly Amber Herd as the High Priestess (not 100% sure on that one but it does look like her) and there is also another male card that is a real person too. I think using real people threw things off along with MANY other issues around the Mythology and sexualizing/making the women young objects. Its like all the women are Instagram models.

I have always hated Deviant Moon, it creeps me out 🤮 I do like Tarot of Vampyres and the book is amazing! My sister is not a fan and says the women are too hoochie and the men are way too dramatic. 😂 she does love the Lords though. I tend to like far fewer tarot deck styles than most people so my FOMO tends to kick in when I’m looking at kickstarter. What if I miss is and they NEVER MAKE ANY MORE?? Like the Healing Waters Tarot. I am trying to rein this in though. Great video ❤
