Optimazed settings mean you get maximum graphics with minimum heat to frame in this gpu you get fps lower than 60 that's it

The uplod they did not change it still 22 mega uplod , and for the ping it's the same for every package of speed it does not matter if you have 20mega or 300 mega in ping, and for the games it depend the server you choose if it's close to your location
