I think heating it 3 hours long would destroy all the good nutrients in the oil

Yes you can however make sure that the moringa powder is fine and not rough otherwise it will leave some residues in your hair

It helps with the temperature dropping when you start adding sodium hydroxide AKA Lye. Instead of waiting for a longer period for the mixture to be at the right temperature Ice quickens the process

Fresh ingredients is not for melt and pour soap will not be hood if was hot process or cold process will be fine
