Yeah, at this point clearing this fight five times a day, every day, for a month and a half feels more like a chore or an actual work rather than something that I truly want to do because I find it enjoyable. If not for my completionist nature and fear of missing out, I would've never ever bothered to spend my time on this boss. Why won't they just make the METAs a bit more useful? Surely, they aren't gacha locked, so everyone will get those ships sooner or later, but it's not like gacha aspect brings any money to the game, so that shouldn't be the reason why off-gacha ships are so meh.

Well, after trying to beat the lvl 15 boss on auto for a few times, I can safely say that this indeed is the hardest META fight to attempt on auto, as even the most tanky frontline melts pretty quickly if you get unlucky with the chains placement. Each time there is a new META, players all around the social media say that *this one* is definitely impossible to beat on auto, I've been hearing this for at least five or six new META fights in a row, I guess? I mean, Rodney seemed to be the peak of anti-auto gameplay, but here we are, having a new anti-auto queen. I don't know why they try so hard to prevent the players from autoing the META fights instead of, you know, actually trying to come up with truly new content for the game at least once :D

Initially each text bar was supposed to stay at the screen 2 seconds longer, but I thought that it will stretch the video too much and decided to decrease the length of the text pop-ups. Thanks for the feedback, I'll try to find a perfect middle ground between making the text easy enough to read and stretching it too much.

I suggest taking an advantage of the easy scrolling on mobile (maybe on PC) where double click allows to rewind 10 seconds per click.

They each take only 1 damage from any sources anyways so even if the damage does transfer, I don't think it matters at all.

Specifically tested whether the damage taken by the phantoms is transferred to Rodney or not and it seems like the latter is the case. I used three carriers with a lot of torpedo bombers, made them target the phantoms and additionally used most of my frontline ships' torpedoes, so the overall damage to the phantoms was around 50 HP. Given that Rodney does not have a lot of HP at the current levels of hers, her HP bar should have moved at least for a little bit...but it didn't. So no, the damage taken by her is completely independent from the phantoms. At first, I also thought that the damage does get transferred, but it seems that 4 seconds of her complete invulnerability just ran out before the airstrike ended and some bombs hit her. Anyways, as the other guy said, the phantoms take little to no damage, so it won't really change anything even if they can give their damage back to Rodney.

@@dovacin23 @datlynn781 I guess we will have to wait and see in the level 14, or even level 13, fights to see how this will playout, as usual with these META fights with interesting mechanics. I'm feeling sad because I've not used my battleships in a pure battleship fleet for META fights in a very long time it seems. Thanks for info 👍
