My mum was Like: Horse riding is easy,do Something that let you sweat.I persuaded her to Take Lessons,she only rode Walk and trot,and after half an hour she asked me how I was able to do It with canter and for hours,because every muscle of hers hurted.She never told me again that riding wasn't a real Sport .

Love this video!! It’s amazing and encouraging! I will definitely use the quote, “I went from nothing to something,” there are girls at my school that laugh and talk about me behind their backs. I went from a little 5 year old being lead around by a leader on a pony to an 11 year old going into my first competition. “I went from nothing to something.”

Wait I have a question. How can you thrive but not survive ?😂
@haleyhebert97023 жыл бұрын
The difference is surviving means you’re just getting on with life your continuing because you have no choice but when you thrive you continue to improve and move forward in your life you don’t give up you keep working toward your goal. It’s was meant as an expression not so much as saying they’re not living but they’re thriving. I hope that makes sense lol

My “trainer “ told me that I couldn’t teach my standardbred to trot so since that day I’ve worked so hard to get him to trot on the fourth day of work with him he could trot over poles ive had him for 5 years and never gave up I taught him to canter and jump and my family said we couldn’t do it and he wasn’t the right horse for that and now you would think he’s some fancy warm blood he jump 1 .40 jumps and now I’m teaching to trot so we can do flat classes 😊

My parents, brother, trainer, family, said I can’t ride, I’m like “have you trusted a 1,000 plus pound animal that has a mind/spirit of its own? Football, soccer, is hard but can’t kill you, but draco can kill me in 2 seconds!” My brother said “ Quinn (my name) I believe and love you but you can’t keep doing it” myself: “ well, have you trusted a animal that can kill you in 2 seconds? No you haven’t because you play soccer, you break bones, while I risk my life to work with draco” brother “ Quinn come with me” we went to the barn. “Now Quinn show me how to jump a 2 foot fence” me “ok jack” I shown him how it was done he is offended

I was really down the last couple days and didn’t think I can ever make it to the FEI team or be a great horse trainer because how could I if I can’t even get my heels down? But this helped me some and I’ve been trying but I’m gonna try 1000x harder now
