It depends upon patients age and risk factors. Suppose a person is below 40 years and without any medical problem and telling of only abdomen burning, in this case first we will consider only gastritis. Similarly a person more than 40 years with diabetes or blood pressure, we have to compulsory take an ECG. Based on only symptoms, it's very difficult to say

stents are not used as it can cause Stent restenosis due to compression of stent , results in stent collapse
