Proper draping with a towel or linen might be considered more ideal given the necessary hand placements.

I have a question about hip flexor mm. In this situation, they are shorted and can easily move the Innominate in the same position. Why they were not released?
@theenlightenedone5429 Жыл бұрын
the mobilization helps reposition the bones. it wont affect short muscles. If your hip flexor muscles are short, youd have to stretch them in addition to the mobilization.

Right? I feel the pain everyday of what I suspect is femoral nerve radiculopathy from my lumbar spinal stenosis. However when I do these tests I don’t feel shit. Just low back pain. Nothing in my front thigh like I feel daily.

glutes are hip extensors. but if both the femur and torso is stable, contraction of the glutes will posteriorly rotate the pelvis.

I had discovered this TMJ treatment, after used it for several days. I am now able to have enough sleep through the night, the inflammation in my own face has disappeared and the unbearable pain I`ve been battling with. I felt relieved. I really feel so calm, strengthened and lively. I discovered this guidebook on Google. Name of this tip is Cora Tmjocυn hope

I recommend this TMJ treatment guide to those individuals struggling with TMJ. In fact, those who have read it can verify the efficiency of its guidelines through presenting recommendations on how the book transformed their lives. Certainly, this program is the best one I`ve found from the ones I have obtained. The guide I am talking about, I found it by Google. Name of it is Cora Tmjocυn hope

How do they test Vertebral Arteries?
@masoumehravari29195 жыл бұрын
The stationary arm needs to be parallel to Femur at the end of test. Visually we can see that it's more than 90 degrees!
@myrondsouza16034 жыл бұрын

Good catch. His measurement is wrong.
@kevinwu40762 жыл бұрын
Of the stationary arm is along the femur, ur adding hip flexion into lumbar flexion ROM measurement. If you really wanna do it correctly, you need two inclinometers. If you do it with a single goni, this way is more accurate. Lumbar flexion to 90 is extremely hyper mobile and this patient does not demonstrate that.
@JesusRodriguez-fo2br28 күн бұрын
I think you were thinking about Hip flexion. If you notice the lumbar spine, its definitely not 90 degrees. This method is not traditional but still as accurate as a visual guesstimation where some therapist will just say "50%" lumbar flexion. He measured correctly.

Why is he saying "push against me"If he is trying to get glute activation? I can't see exactly from the video but it appears he is going to get her thigh into his hip which looks like she would use hip flexors for... Please may someone help me understand. I love the idea of this technique and would love to give it a try.

Technically the uninvolved side was done wrong. He used triceps to move his hand off his back as his arm moved backwards. It should be purely rotational movement with no arm extension only rotation
