There, you'll find comprehensive courses covering all movements, including the one from this video, which is featured in Chapter 11 of the Complete Course. To take care of your knees, it's best to twist your toes before twisting your waist. Not sure if you agree?为了膝盖的保健,最好转腰之前,先转脚尖,不知道您是否同意呢?🙏

Hello! Of course! This video primarily introduces the Balance Point principle. I'll be posting more detailed tutorials on the movements soon, similar to the Tai Chi Walking video, where I'll explain from various angles in depth. I wish you a smooth practice journey! Stunning indeed! Stunningly how lame and bad it is. 8th generation of Yang Tai Chi, huh? Clearly the family teaching has not been transmitted to you. Please. If you want to teach Tai Chi, teach Tai Chi, but cut down the hyperbole please.

I purchased a Yang Tai Chi course, from Yang Jwing Ming's academy on Udemy, how different is your Yang style from the one I recently purchased? And which form is authentic? So far, I like your pedagogy that focuses on the foundations of weight transfer. That part is missing on the course I bought on Udemy.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the course on Udemy, but I encourage you to keep watching the videos on my channel. You might be able to form your own judgment about the differences. Thank you for your comment and support! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask in the comments.

It would be helpful in future videos if you could use a camera angle in which both of your hands are visible. In the first part of the static form your left hand cannot be seen.
