I'm wanting one like this but crazy laws make them really difficult to live in. Got your own land? You'll need it, can't just plop it down on the side of the road. Is it zoned for it? Lots of places don't allow small manufactured homes. Gotta do a lot of research, you don't wanna buy one for $50,000 for a better lifestyle to save money, and then throw into the wind $750 a month in lot rent in a park. I'm a cash buyer and can't find a great deal anywhere in the country. Been looking. Anyone out there know a realtor who specializes in small homes or small log homes?
