Sweet video! It found me, scary the algorithm works, this is the last race I raced. Found me at 0:34 and my truck and bike at 5:47. Didn't get to see me sucking wind going through logs on logs logs logs trail though! Was a great race, Josh Bridge is a heck of a good rider.

Good ride footage, thanks for that! Looked like an excellent event and venue. In your titles to these vids you say"review". They are not unfortunately. I would "re-word" your titles to "rides". Zero to no info on the bike other than how much fun they are. Perspective buyers click on "reviews" to hear in depth info on motors, suspension, ergo's (listing your weight and height for reference etc.) ride characteristics, power applications, throttle behaviors, comparisons etc. And most importantly what are the differences between the models !! SO IMPORTANT. Because "we" don't have the opportunity to make those comparisons and judgements for ourselves but you lucky folk do. I just watched "all" of your Beta vids (save Evo) 40+ minutes hoping to glean something..but alas, not to be. Sometimes you can get that certain info you were looking for from the questions being asked by the viewers below but sadly you didn't bother to answer any of the questions either. Not sure if your wanting to grow the channel but the things I listed are important. YMMV. I did enjoy the footage and you ride well. Not ragging, just food for thought.

Had to chuckle when you said you were jealous of kids learning on this type bike. You sound like a kid yourself. Get on an early 70's dirt bike and think of it as being state of the art. Time just marches on.. Maybe those kids you're talking about will complain to their kids about how bad the Betas were.. .. Don't get me wrong, I liked the review.....

How is the low end? I keep getting mixed reviews of people saying the 390 is a mid range performing machine and does not have much low end. I plan on using the 390 to dualsport around but might gear it 13/50 for the slow single track days
@Vanderkitten3 жыл бұрын
I have a 2016 390. Stock everything. My last bike was a YZ285 2T woods weapon. I love the 390. I have a 13 x 45 with a variety of gearing options and it works great. I can blips the clutch and blast through sand whoops, etc. It has solid power throughout the low and mid range. Excellent traction. Does not wear me out. Faster than a 350 exc without a doubt but the 16’s are a little heavier. I think it’s an awesome bike.

The Xtrainer makes anyone a better rider, what does that say about it? I'm seriously wondering if I should trade my KTM for it. Best stock bike for enduro ever built to my humble opinion.

Actually Mr Grey they were in the powerband as soon as they took off. FYI... where a motor starts making power to where it stops is the powerband. When someone feels it "kick in" is when there is a noticeable jump in horsepower (usually several at once) for various reasons. You can change the characteristics of a "powerband" with all kinds of adjustments to the engine components or simple tuning as well. Have a good day!! 🙂🙂
