Not sure if anyone experienced something similar to my situation so I am leaving a comment here. I used microneedle and minoxidil with no problem for years and suddenly started to have rare side effects. Temple pressure, tinnitus, and a lot of brain fog after application like you can't think, tingling and numbness in the feet when running turned into very bad. I couldn't fall asleep at night whereas else I never had a problem with sleep in my 32 years I was barely sleeping a few hours at night for weeks. Once I stopped minoxidil everything went away and once I restarted it came back again. I only used topical minoxidil.

I developed front tooth gap a couple years ago (I’m 42) after a wire retainer was removed from the inside of my top 4 teeth that had been installed probably 15 years prior. The orthodontist told me it couldn’t be fixed because “there was no room for them to go”. ?? And suggested filler compound. I didn’t want to look like I had chicklets for front teeth, so I declined. I really wanna fix them, I ve heard this can damage nerves etc, leading to tooth loss, is that BS…?? I’m desperate.
