謝謝百謙，這case後來的追蹤發現牙齦還是處於比較容易發炎的狀態，很可能是margin位置太深有侵犯了biological width

這裏是duralay（或pattern resin),再用light cure temporary material 當cement固定（黏之前space要確認足夠）

This way is to do the clinical remount on the articulator for better occlusal adjuatment with complete denture

@@VictorTing92 All new denture should be delivered after clinical remount procedures if possible. I did some case that the denture is not made by myself but I use this method to correct the occlusion first to help the pt that its denture can be used better and then we can go next

if break , i choose refabricate whole piece of denture if possible If remaining denture is ok and other clasp is fine , maybe do nothing just smooth the break one
