Why would you have atmos speakers are rear speakers? This part didn’t make sense to me. You’ve gone with RP surround, why not in the front?
@raghibphotography
@raghibphotography Күн бұрын
@trailblazer7108 I'm not understanding the question? Left, center, and right are the front channels. Then I have two side surrounds. And two rear surrounds. The atmos speakers are the ceiling speakers (4)

@ thank you for replying - I mean the rp-500Sa - are they not atmos speakers, but you’ve got them as rears if I’m not mistaken? I haven’t found any packages with this combo, so I’m confused about why you chose those..
@raghibphotography
@raghibphotography Күн бұрын
@trailblazer7108 Oh, I see the confusion now! No, no, they are called atmos but they can be used as rear speakers. They are designed to face downwards. I put them so the front and rear row can hear it even better! Instead of facing straight into the room. That's why I chose that design. I like how they are angled right down. But you can also use them as height speakers for atmos :)

How come if I use your Amazon link for the speakers they're crazy expensive, but if I just open Amazon and do my own search for the same exact speaker it's 1/3 the price?

That's also a great projector! But to be honest if I were to buy it again ... I would still choose Sony. I have personally not used Epson before. I have seen them being used in classrooms and convention centers... I am sure they are as great. But, personally I am connected with Sony and JVC. Are you doing a black out movie theater or is it going to be in a day-light with windows also? When I was researching for a dark room Sony came up to be best.

everything is very very great, but why the screen is so small compared to the wall ? for a theater the bigger the better and you have the space but you dont use it it make me wonder why
@raghibphotography
@raghibphotography 19 күн бұрын
Great question! I'm glad you asked because many people don't understand this. If I were to have a larger screen, it would touch my ceiling. If you look closely, you'll see that I've maxed out on the height. I can go wider, but not taller. Now, if I really wanted to put a bigger screen and cover the entire wall, I could do that, but it wouldn't be pleasant for the back row. Even with the floor riser, sometimes you can't see the bottom of the screen if the person in the front row hasn't reclined their seat. In order for the back row to have a proper view, the front row also needs to recline and the floor riser should be taller so that the bottom of the screen is visible. That's why it's important to consider the width, length, height, and especially the height of your floor riser and theater chairs when choosing a screen size. This is why many people opt for a smaller screen. However, if you're only sitting in the front row and don't care about the experience of those in the back, you can always choose a huge wall-to-wall screen. In my setup, we are a big family and we all like to watch together, and we don't always recline our seats. Due to my limited ceiling height, I had to go with a 120" screen. Additionally, my native projector, the Sony VW325ES model, is recommended for a 120" screen for my room size. I highly recommend using the following two websites when deciding on your screen size and visuals: projectorcentral.com and audioadvice.com. Trust me, I initially wanted a 200" screen, but ended up going with 120" after considering all factors

@dansiaopingpong4538 To each and their own. It's not the end of the world. I can literally swap out my speakers in a matter of 30 seconds. The speaker wires are coming out of the wall. Maybe down the road 15..20 years later if there is something I need to change I can. This video was not intended to show viewers what brand of equipment to use. It was to show how to take a start. The speakers are useless if you don't have the right room.
