I purchased the premiere plus but have been having challenges why the app to make reservations so far. I read that you can make the reservations the day you arrive for the cruise but it would be nice to get all that done now

I think it is pretty nasty and dangerous to make such a terribly wrong and misleading guide. What you are saying is simply wrong. I went through customs and migration yesterday and it was pretty much the worst experience I have ever had. You are claiming they are occasionally screening your luggage? They checked the luggage of everyone by hand and and looked at all items, touched everything etc. The migration process was a nightmare. I had to wait 3 hours in a q and the officer didn't understand a single word of english. I endes up getting 10 days even though my flight back goes in 35 days. Look at the google reviews of the Cancun airport migration office. Its a horror movie. I was actually lucky. I wish someone would have warned me before. People like you made me have this terrible experience. HOW can you be so irresponsible and make such a guide??

Only reason I’ve got this on my next cruise is my travel agent had great group rates on it and I got it with drinks and wifi for much cheaper than a standard veranda.

I never take liquid makeup. I use mineral powder.

I save samples of mascara, lip gloss & shampoo/conditioner packets for air travel. Saves a lot of space & I can even fit 2 small bottles of alcohol in my bag!

I don’t know this place looks boring

We sailed the Sun for 7 nights in August. Our first cruise in 2003 was on the last Sun Princess. We have also sailed on the Ruby, the Crown, the Sapphire, and the Regal. We have like the evolution over time. We feel like they actually read our after cruise surveys and implemented items we wanted. The new Sun is a fine ship, but it is odd to see how many changes they are making to a new vessel. I suspect that the planning was probably affected by the pandemic and some details were lost in a Zoom Meeting. Overall, we really enjoyed the whole trip. We had a suite near Love by Britto and loved the cabin, the location and the service level. The Signature Dining Room was exceptional; the whole staff was attentive and friendly. But the location never made sense to me. Why put a private dining room in the most public area of the ship? The Horizon anytime dining room still had lines down the corridor on our sailing. Never had problems with anytime options on other Princess ships in the past, not sure why this was a such a mess. The whole Park 19 debacle still seems odd. How can experienced designers build an area that won't pass insurance certifications? And now it will be the "Sky Deck and Track"? It sounds like they changed their target audience. I think the new changes to the Premier package and Sanctuary class and the associated dining room moves are going to add to that "Big ship, small venues" feel. Unlimited Specialty Dines for Premier is not much of a perk if you can't can't reservations. I still loved the ship and my cruise in general. I hope Sun finds her identity.

I have been there 4days Service was no good ,food was no good and very small 5star hotel Even lots steps can't speak English A guy opened door and tried to come in my room So I reported that concierge but they didn't do anything for me I will never go to secret the vine again
