@@EvidianSafeKit thank you! During the last 30 days, we have sent multiple requests from our Indian office and US representative using the above form. But we are not getting any reply .. yet. The phone numbers on Indian website doesn't work and the phone number on US website goes to the HR team.

I have the primary as Alone up to date but secondary is in Wait not up to date. Appreciate any directions!

WAIT red or WAIT magenta ? In the log of the module of the SECOND server, you should have an explanation of the WAIT state.Note that there is a list of mirror modules with step-by-step installation/test instructions here: www.evidian.com/products/high-availability-software-for-application-clustering/cluster-configuration/
