My mom Gladys Mattausch worked at this house in the late 1940s in the years before she and my dad got married. She used to have some interesting stories though I have forgotten most of the details.

Spent time in that house during my teen years in the 60s. That was my friend Bill Crowe's parents' house. Very nice house with maids quarters and also a large vault for valuables.

I love this house. It is seriously my favourite house, period, I'm in another country, and wouldn't want to live in Chi-beria, and of course there's the little issue of the $. And I can't believe how high property taxes are in the U.S.
