I come to this post often because I can’t find his album and I hope KZbin will recognize how much I like this song. Yes I like.Gerry Cotts’ music very much, but I can’t seem to find a physical album to buy.

Souvenirs !!! J'ai mis du temps à trouver que c'était l'adaptation d'un succès brésilen. Mias l'interprétation de Meldody Stewart (et les orchestrations de sa version) est inoubliable !

The power of the vocal delivery, the vocal resonance, the spot on pitch, ability to deliver vocal "runs", and his vocal presence in general are top level, and remarkable. I only met Bob once, he was with Gord Lightfoot back in 1980 at an independent studio in Don Mills (forget the name), where I was helping a friend record some tracks. Bob was full of life, friendly, full of piss and vinegar, and partying hard. Fantastic singer.

Sadly I think this is why he left lighthouse because the songs on this LP were better then can you feel it. Both recorded at the same time. But his material was rejected to bad because it is a great song and album

Walking through the crumblin' leaves Breathing in the autumn air Lying on a sunny beach Summer breeze is in your hair Looking in a snowman's eyes Fire burning in its place Many changes come with Spring We're puttin' on a brand new face, We're puttin' on a brand new face We're looking at Seasons Through a million eyes Seasons, Yeah keep changing our lives And we're talkin' 'bout Seasons I'm thinkin' 'bout ya day and night Seasons, yeah we're doin' it right Late September leaves are fallin' Squirrels are digging in the park Sunny laughter fills the air The kids are staying out til dark I caught a snowball in the face While skating round an icy pond Spring has come to spread her wings As Merlin waves his magic wand, As Merlin waves his magic wand We're looking at Seasons Through a million eyes Seasons, Yeah they're changing our lives And we're talkin' 'bout Seasons I'm thinkin' 'bout ya day and night Seasons, yeah we're doin' it right La, la, la, la, la, la La, la, la, la, la, la La, la, la, la, la, la La, la La, Haaaa We're looking at Seasons Through a million eyes Seasons, Yeah they're changing our lives And we're talkin' 'bout Seasons I'm thinkin' 'bout ya day and night Seasons, yeah we're doin' it right And we're looking at Seasons Through a million eyes

Mon prof de science humaine en 1969, nous a fait écouter ça en classe. On capotait! C'est cru, comparé au technologies actuelles, mais c'était encore expérimental, à cette époque. Il y a de meilleurs exemples, avec les Stones, les Moody Blues et Pink Floyd, qui étaient en avance sur la vague électro-pop.
