Looks good. But I’m not convinced. I’ve got a mate who works as a baggage handler at a well known UK airport. There are robot baggage handlers in his team. He says they miss quite a lot of bags because they don’t recognise them. Something to do with shape recognition and not knowing all the types of bags there are. Apparently there’s a lot more types of bags than we think and if they haven’t seen a particular type or shape they don’t think it’s a bag. And don’t handle it.

This robot is designed to handle bags with cocoa raw materials and it works fine! Baggage handling is a completely different application.

Deze robotinstallatie staat in Scandinavië. Wij hebben eerder een robot geleverd aan Meelwormenkwekrij De Schanekamp in Luttenberg. Video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/onKTm5-gpp2EkJo De robot pakt 2 kratten tegelijk, het aantal per uur hangt af van de opstelling van de robot en de functies die uitgevoerd moeten worden, kratten legen en wassen, meelwormen voeren.

veel sneller dat dit hoeft ook niet XD .... wat voor rare opmerking is dat. tijd is geld als het sneller kan waarom dat minder geld verdienen ? na ja ga het zien wij krijgen er binnen kort 1 dus...

Hello, the video was uploaded 10 years ago. Therefore this robot is now 30 years old and unfortunately we lost track and do not know the status. It may have been a Kawasaki EX100.

Are you using FRAME function in order to check the orientation of the pallet? Also, are you using Soft absorber option in order to check if you have contact with the pallet? Thank you!

Yes, very good for using slide on X and Y, although the operator must select the product.

Hello, I don't like the black tubes from the suction pads. There are different vaccum devices that have different conection with tubes. How about a gripper for the pallets? Thank you!

+Alex Sopo You are right about the tubes. We have attached spiral tubes and this looks a lot nicer. In this case a gripper for the pallets was not needed, because a pallet dispenser is used.

It looks like the robot was having problems figuring out which way the part goes in the chuck. We have the same problem with some of our operators.
