it would be nice to have audio to this video. looks simple and straightforward but no explanation of steps to answer questions like why are some boxes in circles and squares/rectangles? why are some red, black and green? why are the arrows crossing each other and some are not? and each milestone. for someone who is looking for information on what a benefits map is I end up not getting any help from watching this video.

I think you may be the only one who has discovered this. I’m an agile coach and it’s a video I (and other coaches in my circle) use it as a training vehicle to identify value delivery where the narrative is done live with pausing along the way depending on several factors. This modeling approach is more commonly known as Benefit Realization and can be googled for an explanation of the model symbols.

No sound either. I agree, I wish I could understand what’s happening in the video. No option to turn on captions either.
