“As much as you want” Good luck. Walking upstairs burns around 500-600 cal per hour, downstairs, 200-300. So 2 hours of nonstop walking up and downstairs would be enough to offset 2, maybe 3 pieces of cheesecake. You simply CANNOT outrun a bad diet. You can try of course, but your joints will quickly disagree with you. Just enjoy your cruise holiday (within reason) and look after yourself for the rest of the year.

if you’re able to rest your arms on the pavement without getting cooked, then what makes you think the egg would cook? Use your brain old man, try cracking the egg on some Asphalt at 2pm

So: 1. He may have cooled the part he was laying on eg with water 2. The specific heat capacity of human flesh would absorb & distribute the heat much different to the egg 3. You seem to be missing the point the video is pure humour. Ps would you like a link for the said legislation (I assume you were looking for it?)

@@jameswatttv Thank you, yes I briefly worked with you on a radio station back in 1998 or 1999 called Central Fm in Watford. I think you were also working on a radio station in Newcastle at the time. Centre FM took us all our for Mexican and I think that is where I met you. Love the videos :)
